Develop capabilities through practical learning, technology, mentoring and community.
Apply what you learn, demonstrate your value and pursue new possibilities.
Imagine a world where a professional can translate years of experience into a new career, an ambitious individual can build confidence without starting from zero, and organisations can discover and develop capabilities they previously overlooked. Where AI expands human potential rather than leaving people behind.
Where learning leads to application, application builds evidence, and evidence creates access.
That is the future we are working to build.
Whether you're developing your career, building a workforce or exploring a partnership, there's a place to start.
An innovation-led company building products, platforms and communities that help people develop skills, demonstrate their value and access opportunities in a changing world.
Too many people have the ability to do more with their lives, but lack the systems, support and access needed to make it happen.
Our founder, Edward Enejoh, saw this challenge repeatedly through his work in entrepreneurship, education, technology and professional development. He worked with entrepreneurs building businesses from the ground up. He supported professionals seeking to transfer their experience into new industries. He saw how technology could transform learning, and also how easily people could be excluded from the opportunities it creates.
One pattern kept emerging.
Information was becoming more accessible. Opportunity was not.
Another course was not always the answer. People needed a better way to translate what they already knew into what they could become. That conviction shaped MarketlyHub Innovations.
What began as a commitment to practical career development is evolving into a wider innovation ecosystem, combining technology, skills development, professional communities, research and digital products.
We are not simply interested in helping people learn more. We want to help them do more, become more and contribute more.
To expand access to career and economic opportunities by developing practical learning experiences, intelligent technologies and communities that help people realise their potential.
A world where talent, regardless of background, geography or career history, has a fairer opportunity to thrive in the digital economy.
People also need visibility, access, confidence and the opportunity to demonstrate what they can do.
Ability + Visibility = Career Leverage
A principle at the heart of our approach to professional growth.
From accelerating careers to building new digital solutions, our work addresses the barriers that keep people and organisations from making progress.
You've gained experience. You've developed skills. You've worked hard. But advancing your career requires more than being good at what you do.
MyPMLab, the Professional Momentum Lab, helps ambitious professionals develop the capabilities, evidence, visibility and relationships that create career leverage.
Members can access career development tools, AI-powered resources, structured learning, coaching, professional networks and accountability to support their next move.
Whether you're transitioning into project management, preparing for leadership or looking to remain competitive in an AI-driven workplace, MyPMLab helps you move forward intentionally.
Build your skills. Prove your value. Increase your opportunities.
You shouldn't have to erase your professional history to pursue a better opportunity.
Our career development programmes help professionals identify transferable skills, gain relevant capabilities and demonstrate competence through practical application. They span project management, business analysis, AI-supported work and career advancement.
We focus on helping participants develop not only knowledge, but the confidence and evidence needed to take meaningful next steps.
Less passive learning. More applied capability.
AI is changing how people learn, work and access opportunities. Its benefits will not be equally distributed without deliberate innovation.
Our innovation work explores how emerging technologies can help solve persistent challenges in professional development, including skills recognition, career guidance, personalised learning, competency development and access to opportunity.
We are interested in solutions that can be tested, validated and developed into scalable products with meaningful user and commercial outcomes. Our approach brings together human-centred design, applied research, product thinking and practical experimentation.
We don't innovate for the sake of technology. We innovate to make progress possible.
Sometimes, the difference between staying where you are and moving forward is the perspective you haven't yet encountered.

The Progress Standard is an independent media initiative spotlighting the people, ideas and organisations making a meaningful difference.
It explores progress through the lenses of business, technology, innovation, leadership and social impact.
For research partners, universities, employers and commercial collaborators interested in equitable access to skills and opportunity.
The pace of technological change is accelerating, but the systems people rely on to develop careers are not always keeping up.
Professionals struggle to identify which capabilities they need next. Employers struggle to recognise transferable skills. Learning pathways can be disconnected from practical workplace requirements.
At the same time, advances in artificial intelligence create opportunities to rethink how skills are identified, developed, validated and matched to opportunities.
Helping individuals identify, articulate and demonstrate capabilities gained through formal and informal experience.
Exploring personalised learning pathways aligned with skill gaps and career goals.
Investigating ways to make useful, context-aware guidance more accessible.
Developing approaches to demonstrating practical ability beyond traditional credentials.
Exploring how skills evidence and career aspirations can inform relevant development and opportunity discovery.
Understanding real problems through professional experience, user research and engagement.
Exploring AI, intelligent systems and practical digital product development.
Testing feasibility, usability, adoption and measurable benefits.
We welcome conversations with research institutions, universities, businesses, employers and innovation partners. Our objective is to develop solutions that are technically credible, commercially viable and grounded in genuine user needs.
Founder · Innovator · Career Strategist · Entrepreneur
Edward Enejoh is a UK-based technology professional, entrepreneur, educator and founder of MarketlyHub Innovations. With over 13 years of experience across technology, project delivery, digital transformation, entrepreneurship and professional development, Edward has built his work around one belief:
Where people start should not determine how far they can go.
As an entrepreneurship coach, Edward has delivered entrepreneurship and product development training through GIZ-supported projects in Nigeria. He has also coached through the British Council's CEEP initiative and served as a mentor with the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
His experience includes project and business analysis work at the University of Edinburgh, where he has contributed to digital learning, data, product and service transformation initiatives.
He holds an MBA from Nexford University and is pursuing doctoral research exploring artificial intelligence in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
He is also the founder of Tech Needs You, an initiative advocating for greater access to technology careers, particularly for professionals whose experience and potential may be overlooked.
His mission is not simply to prepare people for the future of work. It is to help them claim a place in it.
The challenges of the future of work are too important for any one organisation to solve alone. We collaborate with people and organisations that believe technology, education and innovation can create better opportunities for individuals and communities.
Masterclasses, professional development programmes, industry engagement, applied learning and collaborative research opportunities.
Workforce development, AI literacy, project management capability building and career development experiences.
Research, testing and development of technology-enabled solutions addressing skills and opportunity challenges.
Events, mentoring experiences and programmes that connect people with knowledge, networks and new possibilities.
Let's start a conversation.
Every meaningful innovation starts with a problem worth solving.
If you're interested in our programmes, partnerships, research or wider work, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you have a specific proposal or simply want to explore an idea, the first step is a conversation.
